This is what mom and dad really want me to be for Halloween. There weren't any baby sizes yet (only 3-4T), so they're going to have to see if that's what I want when I get there.
I have some great boy and girl constumes that would be perfect for next year, but you could buy the Peep costume and save it. We did that for Bella with a Princess Belle costume we bought on sale after her first Halloween and she finally wore it last Halloween at age 3.
